Resting 3 minutes.
Top set was an RPE10.
Though long and hard about bailing on the way back up.
Back sets 3×5 @ 120.
Last rep on set 3 got a little lazy and rocked way forwards, then had a fight to correct it.
Press 1 x 1 @ 68
Resting 3 minutes.
Attempter a .5kg PR but couldn’t launch.
Stripped back to last rotations 1×1 and failed to launch again.
Back sets 3×5 @ 50 with no issues.
Summary
Pretty average overall this morning.
Doubling up on yesterday.
Squat was probably a little too heavy and was definitely over confident on press.
