Feeling heavy out the rack but seemed to move nicely.
Goblet Squat 1 x 30 @ 20
All 30 in the one set. quads on fire!
Calf/Tib Raise SS 3 x 20 @ BW
Resting 1 minute.
Super burn on the last set. Need to focus on stretching the calf at the bottom more.
Summary
Good and steady this morning.
No problems.
