Squat 1×5 @ 125

Resting 3 minutes.
Only managed 2 on the top set.
Felt super heavy on the un-rack and only got heavier!
Set 1 Rep 1 on the back sets nearly went to the pins du to being way on my toes but corrected.

Deadlift 3xx5 @ 120

Resting 3 minutes.
3 reps @ 120 followed by 2×5 @ 100 to get the reps in.
Not sure there’s anything in the tank today.

Summary

Not the greatest of mornings. Legs seem to be breaking down.
Missing reps on both lifts due to mismanaging RPE.
Uploaded everything to see if there’s any good reps in there somewhere!
