Top set heavy but moved pretty well.
Back sets all good. Consistent RPE.
Bench 5×3 @ 92
Resting 3 minutes.
Felt ok up till Set 4.
Lost tightness. Think my left tricep decided it had had enough of pressing thins for the day!
Hanging Knee Raises 2xAMRAP @ BW
Resting 2 minutes.
Definitely feeling these more in the abs now.
Summary
All good despite the bench issues. Maybe need more rest/food.
