Top set felt good.
Piriformis giving me shit yesterday at work so being cautious on load here.

Deadlift 3×5 @ 120

Resting 3 minutes.
Just the 1 set here. First set felt good but residuals kicked in and felt way too tight in setting up for set 2 so left it there.

Bench 1×5 @ 95

Resting 3 minutes.
Clanged the safeties on top set. Do over for next week!
Back sets all good.

Strict Press 1×5 @ 55

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set all good.
Back sets nice and smooth.

Banded Ab Crunch 2xAMRAP @ 23/34

Resting 2 minutes.
Felt this more this week than last.
Think the lower tension band helped get better ROM.

Summary

Long one this morning doubling up.
All good overall but need to keep an eye on the Piriformis again.
Will stretch more and keep you in the loop.
