All good.
A little more than RPE6 but all moved fine.

Bench 3×5 @ 75

Resting 2 minutes.
Good and steady here.
Feeling pretty solid.

Hollow Hold 2xAMRAP @ BW

Resting 2 minutes.
Same a sit ups earlier in the week.
Not quite the same amount of time but will hopefully come back quickly.

Summary

No problems overall.
