Squat 3×5 @ 80

Resting 2 minutes.
All feeling ok here. No problems.

Sumo Deadlift 3×5 @ 60

Resting 2 minutes.
Taking it way easier than RPE7 today after the tight hip/piriformis on Tuesday.
Foam rolled and stretched for about 30 minutes yesterday which seems to have helped.
All sets today felt ok with no residual discomfort.

Summary

All good this morning.
Pretty light but all steady.
