Feeling fine here.
Sumo 3×5 @ 80
Resting 2 minutes.
Left hip tightening up on S1R1.
Stopped and stretched out.
Same on S2R1.
Stripped back to 60 kg and managed 3 before tightening up again.
Summary
More hip discomfort this morning so will be stretching out more this afternoon.
