Top set felt heavy in the hands. Moved ok though with the last rep slowing a little.

Resting 3 minutes.
Pretty grindy on the back half of these but all went up.

Resting 2 minutes.
Less grim than hollow hold but still pretty grim.
Didn’t hold the plate up this round.

Feeling tired due to work but all good this morning.
