No problems so far.

Deadlift 3×10 @ 25

Same as squats.
No twinges today.

Press 8×2 @ 56

Resting 2 minutes.
All moved fine.
Narrower grip and wider stance today. Felt better.
Weird ache in the left tricep… probably nothing.

Bench 4×5 @ 86

Resting 2 minutes.
Set 1 ok.
Set 2 felt no power from the left tricep. Feels like its been punched!
