Resting 2 minutes.
All feeling fine here. No issues.
Deadlift 1×5 @ 105
Resting 2 minutes.
Felt good on all reps.
Minimal discomfort and even then only just before lockout on a couple of reps. Form may be a little off on those couple.
Summary
Back a little stiff this morning.
Eased right up during squat warmups.
Almost no discomfort at all.
The plot thickens!!!
