Felt like I had nothing in the legs.

Summary
Odd one this morning.
Warmups all feeling good but work weights just not going up.
Legs don’t seem to have any energy this morning.
Im pretty sure food and rest have been consistent.
Leaving the run for this afternoon to see if I’m feeling any better.
