Feeling super heavy but moving fairly steady.
Feeling it on the toes a lot here.

Deadlift 3×5 @ 131

Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.
Tough getting a great here on all sets.
Everything feeling like it was moving quickly though.

Run

Ankles and feet today! Both legs!

Summary

Fairly decent today for post work stuff.
Not happy with the run today.
Got finished with the warmup and my feet were feeling punished.
Cardio is definitely there but my lower legs don’t seem to be able to take the pounding they used to. I must be getting old!
I feel like 8 weeks is a decent amount of time to have tested with varying results.
Ultimately I think I may have to shelf the running for alternate conditioning and perhaps bring it back later on.
