Pin Squat
Warmups all good. Rested 2 minutes.
Top set ok. Feeling pretty tough a fair bit below my 1RM.
Back sets ok.
Set 3 rep 4 clanged down a fair bit.
Not too bad overall.
Right hip flexor feeling tight after.
Sumo Deadlift
Warmups all good. Rested 90 seconds.
Hip flexors feeling fine after warmups.
No problems.
Power Clean (Hang)
Warmed up with the bar. Still getting used to opening the hands at the top.
Gradually better towards the end here.
Summary
All good this morning.
Squats feeling tough.
No major problems overall.
