Rested 3 minutes.
Not feeling too bad on the top set. Shoulders well aware of the bar!
Saw a few spots after the lift but no worries overall.
Only triples on the back sets today.
Sumo 10×1 @ 125
Low blocks here. Bar up by about 2 inches from the floor.
All reps moved fine but certainly feeling tired.
No hip issues.
Power Clean 5×3 @ 42
Catching pretty well at 20kg. Not so much at 42kg.
Most of these felt pretty awful.
Video might suggest otherwise!
Summary
Tired today. Slept in and then started lifting late.
Generally low energy overall but cant explain why.
Lifts felt ok for the most part but felt like I was just going through the motions after Sumo warmups.
