Resting 5 minutes.
Only 2 reps on set 1.
Nothing on set 2. Bar just dropped.
Press
Resting 3 minutes.
No issues.
Circuit
Couldn’t quite get the keg to shoulder. 40kg keg just a little too heavy.
Lower back was super sore after each round. Soreness gone by 10 minutes after finishing.
Summary
All good this morning after bench.
Will look into getting a second keg to keep at a lighter weight.
