Keg to Shoulder 3×6(3 per side) @ 40
Resting 2 minutes.
Failing on the left side during set 3 so called it there.
Have a few ore kegs coming this week so will have more weight variants by next time.
Summary
Feeling pretty good this morning.
Keg is still slightly too heavy for good technique.
