Warmups good. Resting 5 minutes.
Set 1 lost control in the bottom. Ended up bouncing it back up.
Set 2 failed. Lost tightness and control then no power.
Set 3 was best of the lot here.
Back set was ok. Last rep a little wobbly after a flare.
Press 1×20 @ 50
Warmups good. 90 seconds between sets.
Not feeling too bad here.
4 sets total.
Circuit 1×8 minutes 5 keg rows, 20m keg carry, 3 try flips, 5 press ups.
4 full circuits and 3 implements into the 5th.

All good this morning.
Bench felt lighter than I was expecting but failed a rep on form.
Everything else good.
