Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt about right.
Back set nice and smooth.
Strict Press 4×5 @ 50
Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Couple of slower reps.
Seems to be a sticky point about half way up.
All good though.
Circuit 9 minute AMRAP
5 full laps and round to 2 tyre flips.
Other than wishing for death, no issues.

Bike is now set up for some distance rides to replace my 5k runs.
