All good.
Power Clean 6×2 @ 52
Not too bad here.
Legs feeling tired.
Summary
All good for a first session back in the real world.
No issues today.
Lower back/hips a little sore still from the weekend.
Ended up hiking around 32km over 2 days with around a 30kg pack.
Would have preferred a BLOC camp but I’ll get the next one.
