Resting 3 minutes.
Top set ok. Not sure if the pause was all that long.
Getting tough on the later reps of the back sets.

Deadlift

Resting 30 seconds.
No problems.

Bench 1×1 @ 90

Resting 2 minutes.
Easy stuff.

Strict Press 3×5 @ 45

Resting 2 minutes.
All good. Last rep a little fatigued.

Summary

All good this morning for a double.
Trying to focus more on good technique on the lighter stuff.
