Only 7 and a half reps on set 2.
Felt a lot of lean back.
Same 7 and a half reps on set 3.
Focussed on less lean this set.

Log 3 x 5 @ 60

Resting 2 minute(s).
Balance off on Set 2 meant only 4 reps.
Set 3 feeling much better.
Forgot the belt on these too.

Summary

Couple of misses this morning.
-5 feeling like -9 this morning with snow on the ground.
Had to use gloves on the log to stop from sticking to the grips.

Set 2 was much more stable.
Final rep on the edge of failure just before lockout.

Frozen bar! Actual ice on it!
Feeling ok here. Moving nicely.

All ok on these.
Final set on the roller was.. fun!

Summary

All good to end the year.
Bit of a change up with the Axle replacing the Z Press for accessory work.
Curl bar feels better than curling a standard bar too.
