Rep 2 felt a little rushed.
Back set all good. 6 reps @ 120 with straps to negate any grip issues.

Only 1 lap. May need to re-asses the weights.
70kg on the safe press is close to a max overhead.

Hit the safeties on the left side on the last rep which threw everything onto my right.

No problems today.
Wind has died down from last week but I now need new tie downs for the roof tarp.

Ok here. Super tight in the adductor/gracillus.

Top set feeling good and solid.
Back sets 8 and 6 @ 80 with no problems.
