Bench 1 x AMRAP @ 101

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set feeling good and solid.
Inhaled something in the middle of the back set and had to fight my way out. More in the tank here definitely.
All good though.

Resting 2 minutes.
All ok here.

Push Ups 1 x 22 @ BW AFAP

All reps in 01:07.
Not feeling any issues.

Summary

All good today.
Closed off the session with my physio work which seems to be the best way round to do it.
No major issues other than a coughing fit during bench which made things more interesting.

All ok.

Pause Squat 1 x 3 @ 107.5 (Descending)

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt tough. Feeling lots of head pressure.
Gradually easing of as the back sets went on.

Summary

All good and steady this morning.

All feeling solid here.
5 on the top set all felt smooth.

Axle Bench Press 3 x AMRAP @ 70

Resting 3 minutes.
10/8/8. All ok here.

Press Ups 1 x 20 @ BW AFAP

All reps in just under 60 seconds.

Summary

No problems. Everything seeming to move nicely.

No problems here. All physio prescribed work is 2×10.
Lunges feeling good today.
Much better stretch on the Good Mornings with the extra 10kg hanging.

Block Pull 1 x 3 @ 147.5

Resting 3 minutes.
All felt pretty good here. Top set moved quicker than I thought it was going to.
Pleasantly surprised!

Circuit 3-5×3

Only 2 rounds here. Started feeling off towards the end.

Summary

Not bad for a first session back after 10 days off.

Extra 10kg on the good mornings gave a better stretch at the bottom of the movement.

A little soreness in the Adductors again but much less than last time.

Resting 2 minutes.
5 reps on the top set. Felt a little slow.
6 on the back set felt better.

Resting 2 minutes.
8/6/6. All ok here.
