Squat 3 x 5 @ 122.5
Set 1 was mostly on the toes.
Set 2 better but still noticing weight on the toes.
Last set ok but wobbly. Can certainly feel my weight shifting forwards at the bottom.
Press 4 x 5 @ 45
Set 1 felt super heavy. Noticed in the triceps after 3 reps.
Trouble keeping stable at the bottom.
Set 2 similar.
Set 3 not so bad.
Last set was a grind.
Deadlift 2 x 3 @ 137.5
Set 1 felt ok.
Set 2 rep 1 was killer. Didnt think it was going to move for a second.
Reps 2 and 3 felt better.
Summary
Not bad this morning.
Squats feeling off balance today.
Still not sure on press form.
Deadlift felt ok.
