Wrists feeling ok.
Bench 3×5 @ 52.5
Felt ok.
Deadlift 1×5 92.5
Stomach on quads @ 80×3.
Felt solid.
Don’t think I rested enough before top set.
Summary
Took about an hour.
Wrists felt better. Probably something to get used to.
Still unsure with bench but felt ok.
Deadlifts solid but need to take more rest.
