Last rep on the top set was slow!
Back sets feeling heavy but moving smooth.

Deadlift 10 x 1 @ 117.5

Resting 60 seconds.
All 10 pretty good.
Glute tightness went after 6 sets but returned after the last rep.

Summary

Good and heavy this morning.
Squats moving slowly.
Deadlift single feeling ok.
A little sore in the lower back/glutes.
