Last warmup set felt great.
Some good noises coming from my knees on set 1.
Set 3 form was way off on both sets but managed to recover.
Overall feeling pretty solid.

Set 2 rep 1 went way forwards.
Bit of a battle after a reset on set 3 but all moved ok.

All good. Catching up from Monday with just the main lifts again today.
