Set 2 felt a little loose.
Last set was a fight.

Pin Press 5 x 3 @ 40

All good.
More noticable in the rear delta.
Miscalculated on the weight. Could have gone heavier.

Summary

Pretty good today.
Better all round.
A couple off reps on the bench.
Pin press could have probably been heavier.

Squat 1 x 5 @ 137.5

Just about got it! Last rep was a grind!
Backoff sets felt light for the first 3 reps.
Still feeling fatigued but all reps felt pretty good.

Deadlift 10 x 1 @ 125

Set 2 left glute up into lumbar area feeling super tight on setup.
Cramped up once I started the pull.
Tried again but same as previous set.
Feels like there’s no power off the floor.

Summary

Quitting early as the glutes keep cramping up.
Squats felt great but I think may have affected Deadlifts.

Top set failed on rep 3.
Bar went out in front on rep 2.
Back sets all good.

Bench 4 x 5 @ 72

Last set a little wobbly.
All the rest good and solid.

Barbell Row 8 x 2 @ 77.5

EMOM.
All good.

Summary

Not bad today.
All feeling good.
Failed press again at 57.

Deadlift 1 x 3 @ 142.5

Rep 1 was a fight.
Lost some skin on the left hand after rep 3.
Felt the bar roll on back set 1 rep 2.
Last 2 reps felt best of all.

Squat 10 x 2 @ 112.5

Resting 90 seconds.
Going slow and focussing on ass back/lean over.
Hopefully it helped.

Summary

Good and solid today.
