Weird pain in the right hand all week.
S4R3 was a bit of a fighter.
Last set also moved slow.

Push Press 5 x 3 @ 50

Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling good and heavy.
All moved quickly though.

Summary

Better start today.
All feeling pretty good.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 112.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Felt ok.
Last set was way off balance. Struggled to get steady.

Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 107.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Switched back to deadlift straps. Found figure 8s a bit too fiddly.
Set 2 feeling super heavy towards to last few reps.
Extra rep on the last set as I lost count.
Bar didn’t feel comfortable in the left hand initially so reset.

Summary

Good start today if a little slow.
All lifts feeling fine.

S5R1 went up fine.
Back sets all good.

Resting 3 minutes.
Last rep was a tough one.
All good in the end.


All good after failing on press.
Did 4×5 on bench rather than 5×4.

Back sets felt pretty good.

Felt heavy and fatigued.
Probably due to the late session.

Barbell Row 8 x 2 @ 80

EMOM.
Left hip/glute feeling tight.

Summary

Like an oven outside today.
Storm coming in apparently.
Lifts pretty good.
Failed on press but defo got it in the tank.

All felt good but can’t get the bar any lower.
Feeling pretty easy.

High Bar Squat 3 x 5 @ 100

Heavy on the traps.
Feeling better on the traps as the sets went on.
Noticing it in the knees.

Summary

Rack pulls felt good.
Quite light despite the numbers.
High bar squats all ok.
