Bench 5 x 3 @ 78
Felt good.
A couple of wobbly reps but feeling solid.
Resting 3 minutes.
Deadlift 2 x 3 @ 145
Set 1 rep 1 slow. The other 2 were good though.
Rested 5 minutes.
Set 2 rep 1 was a battle again but the other 2 were good.
Squat 4 x 5 @ 122.5
Resting 5 minutes.
Set 1 was a whole bunch of toe shifting.
Set 2 felt better.
Set 3 was back on the toes again.
Summary
Not too bad.
Feeling tired but have felt worse.
Cooler weather helped this morning.
Squats felt killer after heavy deadlifts/
