Knot in the left trap proving annoying.
Feeling sets 2 and 3 in the sternum.
Last set felt heavy but moved nicely.

Squat 1 x 5 @ 130

Top set felt on the toes. Last rep felt the best.
Back sets ok but felt a little heavier than expected.
Felt like bottoming out too much.
Set 2 felt more solid.

Barbell Row 4 x 5 @ 82.5

Feels better with the straps.
Reps 4 and 5 were a little off.

Summary

Good steady morning.
All feeling pretty good overall.

All good.
Last reps of sets 6 and 7 feeling difficult but moving.

Deadlift 3 x 3 @ 132.5

Rep 1 was slow. All the rest ok.
Resting 5 minutes.
Set 2 similar to set 1.
Set 3 rep 1 was a fighter.

Squat 2 x 5 @ 102.5

Set 1 felt solid.
Set 2 felt more fatigued but still good.

Summary

Wet but steady morning.
No major issues.

Set 1 off balance.
Set 2 better. More stable.
Set 3 bombed the descent on rep 1 but 2 and 3 ok.
Last 2 sets felt pretty good.

Squat 1 x 5 @ 127.5

Top set rocked forwards on a couple of reps.
Feeling heavy on the shoulders.
Back sets felt pretty good. Toes on rep2 but the rest felt ok.

Summary

Generally ok today.
Still a little sore in the glutes/hips.

Heavy set last rep getting difficult.
Back sets all good.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 145

Resting 5 minutes.
3 reps total. Ran out of gas!
Glutes feeling super tight today.

Squat 2 x 5 @ 100

Still tight in the right hip.
Moving ok.

Summary

Mix bag today.
Press felt good.
Deadlift failed, squat felt ok.
Right hip still aching after 10 minutes or so.

Set 2 a little unstable.
Last set final 2 reps harder than the rest.

Squat 4 x 5 @ 125

2nd rep on set 3 rocked forwards and lost it. Bailed to the pins.
Last set was fine.

Barbell Row 4 x 5 @ 80

A little sore in the lumbar/glutes.
All felt pretty good.

Summary

Not too pleased with squats as defo had more in the tank.
Straps helped on row but can feel form slipping on later reps.
