Top set feeling easy… reailised after that I loaded 10kg less than I expected!

Top set felt ok.
Back sets feeling super smooth and stable.

Got all 5 on the top set but went too heavy. Felt like it was over RPE.
Back set 6 @ 120.

Feeling better.
Conditioning is off now though. Really felt it during the circuit.

Only block pulls today.
Been fighting a cold of some description since Friday which seems to be hanging on.
Still feeling fatigued off the back of that so doing what I can today.
Adding to the insults I seem to have slept funny and am now feeling knotty in most of my left trap.

Last warmup @ 120 felt heavy so holding @ 140 for the top set.

Actually felt pretty good.
Took a breath in the rack position and probably shouldn’t have.

All good on the super set but legs feeling like they’ve not got much left in them.

Skipped bench as I didn’t fancy 3 single rep top sets in a row!
Legs tired but got through it.
