Squat 1 x 5 @ 140
Resting 3 minutes.
Top set feeling ok until rep 5.
Got in my head after rep 4 and rocked forwards a little before muscling it up.
10 and 5 on the back sets @ 100.
Only 2 out of the 3 back sets.
Heart started racing after set back set 1. Was pushing it on the last 2 reps.
Managed to calm down by set 2 but soon kicked up again once I was moving.
I think it was a combo of heat + caffeine so left it at 2 sets.
Summary
Too hot this morning, should have got out earlier.
Top set ok and first back set all good.
