Last set felt like I was leaning too far forwards.
Doesn’t feel like I’m pushing off my toes on the way up.
Bench 3 x 5 @ 65
Feeling this in the middle chest.
Right forearm feels off but may be how the bar was in my hand.
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 117.5
Right hand grip going on rep 3.
Fatigue in the legs on the last rep.
Summary
All ok today.
Feel like squat form isn’t great as the weights go up.
Possible deadlift PR next session.
