Felt ok. Concentrating on keeping the weight on my heels.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 122

Grip failed on set 1 rep 3. Finished the set with straps.
Last set ok.

Negative Chin Ups 5 x 2 @ BW

First 3 were solid but dropped off for last 2.

Summary

PR on press today but failed on the backoff.
