Top set felt all solid.
Back sets started to grind towards the end.
Set 3 failed the last rep.
Squat 3 x 5 @ 132.5
Last warm up set felt super heavy.
Set 1 felt really bad.
Set 2 was better but still heavy. Rested 5 minutes.
Last set felt off balance.
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 140
All good here.
Felt way too easy!
Summary
Slow star this morning but feeling good after pressing.
Squat feeling mega heavy on first working set but settled for sets 2 and 3.
Deadlift PR felt too easy!
