No arm issues.
Good sets. Didn’t feel too heavy.
Squat 3 x 5 @ 135
Last warm up feeling heavy.
Set 1 rep 5 was a grinder.
Rested 5 minutes.
Set 2 rep 5 was a killer again. Felt like I was about to pass out.
Rested full 5 minutes again.
Set 3 rep 3 racked as tunnel vision was coming in. Took an extra 5 minutes before setting up deadlifts.
Deadlift 3 x 3 @ 127.5
A little sore in the lower back.
All felt ok.
Summary
Long one today. Clocking in around 2 hours work.
Failed on squats but all else was ok.
