All feeling good and solid here.
Squat 3 x 5 @ 135
Resting 5 minutes.
Set 1 felt ok. Super high pressure on the last rep.
Sets 2 and 3 felt the same. Last rep not great.
Deadlift 2 x 3 @ 142.5
First attempt didn’t move so reset.
Set 1 feeling super heavy.
Set 2 rep 2 was awful.
Summary
90 minutes total today.
Squat felt better than I was expecting. Lower back sore afterwards.
Deadlift surprised me after 140 feeling as light as it did.
