Squat 1 x 5 @ 132.5
Rep 1 and 3 felt good. Last rep a bit of a fight.
Back sets ok. Didn’t feel too difficult but some noise coming from my knees.
Deadlift 10 x 1 @ 107.5
Resting 30 seconds.
First few were nice and easy.
Last 7 were awful.
Summary
Interesting morning.
Squats felt pretty good but heavy.
Needed to rest longer between sets.
Limiting rest on deadlifts sent much fun!
