Bench 4 x 5 @ 70
Knot in the left trap proving annoying.
Feeling sets 2 and 3 in the sternum.
Last set felt heavy but moved nicely.
Squat 1 x 5 @ 130
Top set felt on the toes. Last rep felt the best.
Back sets ok but felt a little heavier than expected.
Felt like bottoming out too much.
Set 2 felt more solid.
Barbell Row 4 x 5 @ 82.5
Feels better with the straps.
Reps 4 and 5 were a little off.
Summary
Good steady morning.
All feeling pretty good overall.
