Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 140

Top set tough towards the end.
Back sets felt heavier than the top set for some reason.
All good though.

Squat 10 x 2 @ 105

Resting 30 seconds.
That was killer!
Feels good about 3 minutes after though.
Slight ache in the lower back around set 7.

Summary

Good morning.
Deadlift first feels a bit odd.
Focussed on a good warmup.
Squats nearly killed me but I’m still alive so must have been good!
