Squat 3 x 5 @ 112.5
Resting 3 minutes.
Felt ok.
Last set was way off balance. Struggled to get steady.
Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 107.5
Resting 3 minutes.
Switched back to deadlift straps. Found figure 8s a bit too fiddly.
Set 2 feeling super heavy towards to last few reps.
Extra rep on the last set as I lost count.
Bar didn’t feel comfortable in the left hand initially so reset.
Summary
Good start today if a little slow.
All lifts feeling fine.
