Set 1 feeling pretty heavy.
Set 3 Rep 1 rocked way forwards. Fixed for the rest.
Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 112.5
Resting 3 minutes.
All good here.
No hip issues.

A little achey in the lumbar area but I think thats from an awkward rep in deadlift warm ups.
Squats feeling heavy today.
