May have not got the down signal in a comp.
Squat 4 x 5 @ 122
Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 and 2 were grooving.
All the rest ok.
S4R5 got a little on the toes.
Summary
Late start today.
Finished work at 03:30 so going on 5 hours sleep.
Deadlift feeling good to PR so cant really complain there.
Squats also feeling pretty good.
