S1 feeling super heavy this morning.
S3R5 was awful.
All other reps felt ok.
A little lumbar soreness after S2R3.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 127.5

Resting 4 minutes.
Not sure on how it looks but the whole set felt great.
More of that please!

Summary

Feeling good this morning.
Lower back stiffness after squats but that went after deadlifts.

Hand hurting while pressing again.
S3R3 lost tightness and had to fight it back up.

Pin Press 2 x 5 @ 70

Feeling solid here.
Last rep was a tough one.

Summary

Not bad today.
Right had still feeling tender on bench but seems fine on press.

Set 1 all good.
Set 2 a little wobbly on a couple of reps.
Set 3 all good.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 120

Resting 3 minutes.
Felt good and solid.
Not quite an RPE8 as I calculated around 80% of my PR.
Hips feel fine.
Feels like the eccentric part of the lift is better from the Cocaine Deadlifts.
Grip is also feeling better.

Steady morning.
Squat felt good.
Nice to be doing proper deadlifts again.
