Warmups feeling good. Didn’t time rest periods between singles working up.

Loaded up 170 then saw on my board that was my previous 1RM so added an extra kilo!

Completely forgot all the back off sets!

Squat 10×2 @ 97.5

Warmups all good. Rested 90 secs.

All good here.
Feeling nice and solid.

Chins 10×1 EMOM @ BW

No problems.

Summary

All good this morning despite looking tired!
Maybe I was tired as I completely forgot to do any back sets during the deadlifts.
Everything else moving fine.
