Top set felt ok.
Felt more in the back than the legs.
Not sure if that’s correct.
Probably going to B&Q later this week so will pick up some scrap wood to raise the blocks easier.

Squat 10×2 @ 105

Warmups all good. Rested 90 seconds.

No issues here.

Power Cleans 5×3 @ 40

Rested 2 minutes between sets.

Really not sure what’s going on with this!
Set 1 didn’t record for some reason.
Pretty sure elbows aren’t high enough but the plates are in the way so I’ll get an alternate angle next time.
Set 4 Rep 1 was well off!

Power Cleans are going to take some getting used to.
