Top set felt nice and smooth. Last rep slowed a little.
Back set all good.
Press (strict) 4×5 @ 51
Resting 2 minutes.
Set 3 Rep 5 was a tough one.
Only 4 reps on the last set.
Circuit 3×12 keg DL, 40s step up, 6 tyre squats, 60kg bench AMRAP
Lower back sore again during and after tyre squats. Not sure what the cause is.
Some proper loose/poor quality bench going on. It’s surprising how much your legs get involved. Being slightly gassed makes it damn near impossible to stay stable.
Summary
All good today.
No problems pressing.
Circuit didn’t feel as taxing as last week.
