Squat 1×1 @ 170
Warmups good. Resting 4 minutes.
Top set unpack felt light.
Eccentric phase felt good and steady. Not 100% sure on depth. Maybe needed a couple more cm.
Felt ok on the way up but my head came up.
Back set felt steady but heavy.
Feeling a strain in the right Adductor magnus(?) while packing up the plates after squat.
Deadlift 10×1 @ 104
Warmups ok. Still noticing the strain in the right leg but powering through. Resting 30 seconds.
All good on the lifts. Being a little careful but moving lower weight fine.
